Staff could be more friendly.

Some glass windows in the restaurant and pool need maintenance to enhance the views. The vending machine prices are steep, with water costing $2 instead of the average market price of $0.50. Additionally, some breakfast items, like the eggs, were consistently undercooked, which can be a letdown.

The central location is a highlight, making it easy to explore. The breakfast buffet is a true winner, featuring authentic Italian pizza among other delicious options. However, the service at the front desk could use improvement, as interactions felt rushed and unwelcoming at times. Additionally, the lack of clear communication regarding pool access was frustrating and diminished the overall experience.

The staff was always really friendly, especially the manager who offered to help us with our luggage when we had a trip planned. The breakfast buffet was amazing, a feast fit for a king! I gotta say, I enjoyed everything I tried. That place is a real gem! The location was nice but parking was pricey.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but considering the amenities and services, it was still a fair deal.
